This is a rubber roof system in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This roof did not need to be replaced, it just needed some maintenance. As you see we did some roof patching using the Gen-flex rubberized repair system. Also re-flashed some flashing that was cracking & deteriorating. This roof in Dorchester Massachusetts was originally installed in 2001. We gave the customer a roof tune-up extending the life of this flat roof for years to come.
